What it costs you
€160.65 gross per month · €1,620.00 net per year · the first 14 days free
Calculated with the number booked, which is the minimum for the term. Anything above it costs €99.00 per company and €9.00 per additional user per month, without the term discount.
How billing works.
Term
1 month, 3 months or 12 months, counted from the day you conclude the contract. A 3-month term carries a discount of 5 % and a 12-month term 10 %, on everything you book. Nothing is charged pro rata: if you conclude on the 15th, your months run from the 15th to the 14th.
Booked quantity
You book a number of companies and users. It is charged in advance at the start of each term and is that term’s minimum quantity: if you use fewer, nothing is refunded. You can book more at any time, from the next contract month to the end of the term, and fewer from the next term. Anything beyond your booking is charged monthly in arrears on the peak number in the contract month, at the list price without the term discount. Every invoice is sent by email as a PDF with an embedded e-invoice (ZUGFeRD).
Payment
By bank transfer within 14 days or by credit card. Credit cards are charged when the invoice is issued, and every invoice issued for credit card payment carries a further 2 % discount. If less than €0.50 remains to be paid after a credit balance has been applied, you pay that amount by bank transfer. A credit balance, for example from a cancelled invoice, is set against the next invoice and refunded when the contract ends.
Cancellation
Up to 14 days before the next term begins, effective at the end of the current one, in the application under My account › Billing. That is also where you change the term and reduce the booked quantity, with the same notice period. The first term is agreed when you conclude the contract. A term does not end early, so a 12-month term runs for the full twelve months; amounts charged in advance are not refunded pro rata.
VAT
All prices are net. In Germany, 19 % VAT is added, as it is for businesses elsewhere in the EU without a VAT ID. Businesses elsewhere in the EU with a VAT ID confirmed by the German Federal Central Tax Office (Bundeszentralamt für Steuern) receive the invoice without German VAT (reverse charge). For businesses outside the EU, the service is not taxable in Germany.
Price changes
We announce new prices by email at least 14 days before your notice period expires. They apply only from the following term; you can cancel until the notice period expires, 14 days before that term begins.
ReportNow! contracts with businesses only. You see the full terms in the application before you conclude the contract.

One company with five users, the default in the price calculator, costs €135.00 net per month, or €121.50 with an annual term. The gross column applies to a monthly term with 19 % VAT.
What is not charged separately.
With many reporting tools, a setup project, prices per data source or service tiers come on top of the list price. ReportNow! charges for none of these separately.
Set-up
There is no setup fee and no minimum volume.
Data volume
The price is the same whether you import 200 or 200,000 postings a month.
Imports
You can import as often as you like, including several times a day.
AI commentary
There is no per-use charge for the AI commentary. The same will apply to the AI reports once they are available.
Support
Email support is included in the price, with no tiered service levels.
Questions about pricing
What counts as a company?
Every unit with its own bookkeeping that you analyse in ReportNow!, which usually means every legal entity. The group view across all companies is included in the price and does not count as an additional company. You are charged for the number booked; if you set up more, the peak in the calendar month is what counts for them, that is, the highest number of companies set up at the same time.

Every person with their own account; the first is included in the price. Accounts are personal and are not shared, because you grant access rights per person and the plan history shows who changed the plan and when. You are charged for the number booked; if you invite more people, the peak in the calendar month is what counts for them, that is, the highest number of people with access at the same time. Accounts we use for setup and support do not count.
Is there a discount for a longer term?
Yes. 5 % for a quarterly term and 10 % for an annual term, on everything you book, including every additional company and every additional user you book. Anything you use beyond your booking costs the list price. If you pay by credit card, you receive a further 2 % on every invoice issued for credit card payment. You choose the term when you conclude the contract; you can change it yourself later under My account › Billing, up to 14 days before the next term begins and with effect from that term. What happens after the free trial?
The 14 days run out, and we ask whether you would like to go on using ReportNow! after that. You conclude the contract yourself in the application, under My account › Billing, with the term and payment method of your choice. Nothing is charged without your consent, and you will not have stored a payment method for the trial either.
How long is the notice period?
You can cancel up to 14 days before the next term begins, effective at the end of the current one: for a monthly term at the end of the month, for a quarterly term after three months and for an annual term after twelve. A term does not end early. You cancel in the application under My account › Billing. The first full term is agreed when you conclude the contract. On request, you receive your complete data as an export. Reports you have exported as PDF, Excel or CSV are already with you.
Is there a free version?
You can try the application itself free of charge for 14 days. Without sign-up and without a time limit, ReportNow! is also available as an Excel workbook to download: the same modules with formulas and pivot tables, with the data of the fictitious Beispiel GmbH or empty. It is slower and needs more manual work, but it shows how the reports come about.
