14 days with your own figures, without payment details.

You set up your account yourself: choose a tenant ID, set an email address and password, confirm the address. There is no wait for activation. After 14 days the free trial ends by itself, without notice of cancellation and without automatic renewal.

How it works

Choose a tenant ID

Your data is held under this ID in a database of its own, separate from all other tenants. The ID cannot be changed later. The form suggests an available ID based on your company name. If you choose one yourself, you see while typing whether it is available.

Set up the tenant administrator account

You choose the email address and password yourself. We do not send you any login details, so your password never appears in an email.

Confirm the address and sign in

You confirm your address via the link in our email. Your tenant is then set up and you can sign in. After that you import your accounting data. ReportNow! recognises the chart of accounts from your balances; you adopt the structure from the catalogue and adjust it as needed. If you wish, we go through the first import together with you.

After 14 days you decide

We then ask whether you would like to continue. Nothing happens without your consent. We hold no payment details that we could charge.

What to have ready

  • DATEV account ledger (Kontenblatt) or Lexware account export
  • or a trial balance or journal as CSV
  • if available: outgoing invoices as a list or as e-invoices
  • if available: payroll data (DATEV LOPS payroll report or the DLS export from the payroll software)

What happens to your data

Your data is processed in the EU and kept separate from other customers’ data. You conclude the data processing agreement in the application before you import any data. If you do not continue afterwards, we delete your account and data no later than 30 days after the end of the free trial, or earlier on request. You can export your reports beforehand.

14 days free – no payment details

You create the account here yourself and do not have to wait for it to be activated. You do not need any payment details, and the free trial ends on its own.

Your tenant

Lower-case letters, digits and hyphens. The ID identifies your data and cannot be changed later.

Your administrator account

You sign in with this address. We also send the confirmation link to it.
At least 12 characters. We do not store it in plain text and cannot see it.
For the data you later process in ReportNow!, you are the controller and we are the processor. You can already read the agreement under Art. 28 GDPR now. It is concluded in the application before you import any data – including during the free trial.By selecting “Create account”, our terms of use apply to the free trial. The trial ends by itself and costs nothing.
